TGM Surveying is the trading name of Thomas Gill McCarron, a quantity surveyor based in Belfast with six years of experience across residential and commercial construction in Northern Ireland.

Thomas founded TGM Surveying with a straightforward belief: homeowners, small contractors, and local architects shouldn't have to go to a large firm and pay large firm prices to get professional QS support. Independent practice means direct client relationships, honest advice, and fees that reflect the scale of your project, not the size of someone's office.

 

Currently working towards RICS membership, Thomas brings the technical rigour of formal training combined with practical, on-the-ground experience of how construction projects actually run in Northern Ireland.
