What do we mean?
We know terms like ‘cost planning’ and ‘feasibility’ can sound complex, but they don’t have to be. Our role is to guide you through the process, clearly explain how it works, and give you the confidence to make informed decisions.
Here's how it works...
Step 1
We’ll start with a free consultation where you can share the basics of your project. This is your chance to tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll explain how the cost planning and feasibility process works.
Step 2
Based on your drawings and project details, we’ll prepare early cost estimates and a feasibility study. This gives you a realistic view of affordability and helps identify any financial considerations early on.
Step 3
Once the study is complete, we’ll sit down with you to go through the findings. We’ll explain the numbers clearly, highlight potential savings, and advise on risks, so you can make fully informed decisions about moving forward.
Step 4
When you’re happy to proceed, we can look at preparing a detailed Bill of Quantities. This provides a full, itemised breakdown of costs, ensuring everything is transparent and giving you a solid basis for tendering and cost control.
